Pigeon Point Heritage Park (PPHP) Limited, Tobago is a State Enterprise, which was created by the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) in late 2005. The THA sought to preserve the rights of the Tobago public, while enabling the various interest groups maximum scope and opportunity for development.

The estate is situated at the
south western peninsula of Tobago
and comprises of :
  • a beach front
  • Buccoo Reef and Nylon Pool on the North-West side
  •  and the wetlands and forested area on the South-East side.

The Park has been celebrated internationally. In 2009 the beach won the award for “Best All-Day-Long Beach Facility” by internationally acclaimed Islands Magazine.

According to the article:

“The amenities at Pigeon Point Heritage Park encompass all things beach — from oceanfront restaurants to water-sports outfitters. Plus, of course, there's the iconic white-sand beach stretching for a mile and framed by light-blue Caribbean water …  Rent a kiteboard and catch the breeze; mingle with a crowd of beach-loving locals and travelers; take pictures of the thatched- roof dotted jetty that makes this beach a Caribbean icon; or sample specialties like stewed chicken with rice at shore-side cafes. The only thing left to do is take a nap under a palm tree.”
