This is Fort Campbellton,
Charlotteville, Tobago.
It must have been the perfect day because this picture is perfect.

Fort Campbellton
According to visittobago.gov.tt this is NOT a fort despite
commonly being called "Fort Campbellton". It is in fact a Battery.
Batteries were positioned in various bays where sugar was
loaded on the island.
This battery of two guns was erected in 1777 during the
American War of Independence when American privateers were raiding British
islands.
